Your profile. Your choice.

What we collect

We receive your account identity when you sign in and save the information you choose to provide, such as your name, school, interests, skills, location, availability, an uploaded résumé, and links to a résumé or portfolio. We also store saved internships, application updates, your 45 day plan progress, membership records, and requests you send to our team.

How your information is used

We use it to run your account, show relevant opportunities, save your progress, provide paid access, and handle support and refund requests. Authorized Intern45 administrators can access the information needed to operate these services.

Sharing with recruiters and employers

General recruiter visibility is off by default. If you opt in, Intern45 may share your profile with relevant recruiters and employers for internship consideration. Turning visibility off stops future sharing through this feature; it cannot recall information already shared.

Applying through Intern45 is a separate choice. Before submitting a direct application, you consent to sharing the profile information attached to that application with the relevant hiring team. An existing application remains associated with that employer even if you later disable general recruiter visibility.

Your saved résumé

Your profile details are saved to your account. Uploaded résumés are kept in private file storage and are available through authenticated download links. You can upload a PDF or DOCX file, download your saved file, replace it, or remove it from your profile. Profile and résumé storage do not require an active paid membership.

The Intern45 team can access your current résumé when you enable recruiter visibility. When you apply directly through Intern45, the file attached to that application is retained with your submitted profile. Replacing or removing your current résumé does not change copies already submitted with applications. Payments and external applications

Stripe handles checkout, recurring monthly payments, and refunds. Intern45 stores payment references, subscription status, and billing period details to provide access and manage cancellations and refund requests, rather than your full card details. When you follow a link to an employer, LinkedIn, or another website, that service handles the information you submit under its own policies.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits to public pages and clicks to membership information. We send public page paths without URL query strings or fragments. We do not send your profile details, résumé, form entries or billing references as analytics events. Tracking is disabled on account and admin pages. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policies. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice using Analytics choices on public pages. Declining does not affect your account or membership.

Your choices

Edit your profile, manage your saved résumé, and change recruiter visibility in your account. To request access to your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, send a request below. Payment and operational records may need to be retained where required to administer completed transactions or meet applicable obligations.
